Idaho HRP premiums vary based on the plan chosen, geographic area of residence, age, gender and tobacco use. Idaho law caps premiums at 125-150% of what a healthy person would pay for a similar plan sold by a private insurer. Click here to view rates.
The Idaho High-Risk Pool differs from most state high-risk pools. All Idaho carriers who offer individual health insurance must also offer the Idaho Individual High-Risk Reinsurance Pool plans.
